Another 3, 3 killed in Punjab and Sindh





The death toll in the country has reached 23, while the number of infected patients has risen to 1750 after the Corona virus killed 3 more people in Punjab and Sindh today.

Today has been a terrifying day for Pakistan in connection with the Corona virus when six people died in a single day.

According to a spokesman of the Punjab government, 3 people have died of the deadly virus in Punjab today.

He said that the dead patients were 70, 55 and 42 years old and 2 of them had a travel history.

After the death of three more people in the province, the death toll has risen to nine, out of which four have died in Lahore, 3 in Rawalpindi and one each in Faisalabad and Rahim Yar Khan.

In Sindh, three people were killed by Corona virus today, which was confirmed by Provincial Health Minister Dr Ausra Pachyahu.

He said that the death toll in Karachi has increased to three today.

According to the provincial health minister, the 63-year-old woman, who died some time ago, is from Karachi, who was suffering from asthma and breathing problems.

According to the Health Minister, the affected women had returned home from Saudi Arabia 10 days ago.

Referring to the other two people who died earlier, Dr Azra Pachoho said 66 people and residents of Karachi, 66, and 52, were diagnosed with the deadly virus a few days ago, after which they were undergoing treatment, but both died today.

The total number of deadly virus deaths has risen to 23 after six deaths today, out of which 9 have been killed in Punjab, 6 in Sindh, 5 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 2 in Gilgit-Baltistan and one in Balochistan.



Of the 154 new cases reported in the country today, 64 have been confirmed in Sindh, 45 in Punjab, 29 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 8 in Islamabad, 5 in Gilgit-Baltistan and 3 in Balochistan.

The number of infected patients has risen to 1750 after the new cases were reported.

Corona virus has killed three more people in the most populous province in the country today, with the death toll reaching 9 in the province.

With the corona virus confirmed in 45 more people in the province today, the total number of cases in the province has increased to 638 and 6 have been killed.

According to Punjab Health Department, the number of certified patients is 126 in Lahore at present, 62 in Gujarat, 28 in Jhelum, 40 in Rawalpindi, 13 in Nankana, 11 in Gujranwala, 9 in Faisalabad, five in DG Khan and Hafizabad. Five patients have been confirmed in Mandi Bahauddin, 4 in Mianwali and 3 in Multan, Rahim Yar Khan, Vehari, Sargodha and Bahawalnagar.

The Corona virus has been detected in one patient in Narowal, Attock, Khushab, Bahawalpur and Kasur, the health department said.

According to the Health Department, the number of patients in quarantine centers in different cities of the province is 318.

A further 36 cases were reported in the province on Sunday, while a 68-year-old woman died of the same deadly virus.

According to Chief Minister Usman Bazdar, a 68-year-old woman from Saudi Arabia was under treatment at Rahim Yar Khan.

It is to be noted that five people have recovered in the province till now.

Sindh

The death toll in Sindh has increased to 6 after confirming the death of three more people in Sindh.

According to Health Minister Dr Azra Pechoho, 66, 63 and 52-year-old patients of Karachi were diagnosed with the deadly virus a few days ago, after which they were undergoing treatment but all three died today.

On the other hand, 64 more cases were reported in the province today, after which the number of victims has reached 566.

According to the provincial health ministry spokesman, 27 new cases were reported in Karachi, after which the number of affected people has increased to 249 in the city.

The spokesperson said that in Hyderabad, 5 new cases were reported, followed by the number of certified patients in the city up to 12, while in Hyderabad Tablighi center, 31 new cases were confirmed, followed by Hyderabad with a total of 43 cases.

The first case has been reported in Jacobabad and a case has also been reported in Dadu.

According to the spokesman, deadly virus has been confirmed in 265 patients in Sukkur Quarantina and 7 in Larkana.

The spokesperson said that there has been an outbreak in Sukkur Quarantina, 23 in Karachi and 17 in Hyderabad, after which the total number has increased to 41 in the province.

Islamabad

According to the official portal, 8 more cases have been reported in the federal capital after which the number of patients in Islamabad has increased from 43 to 51.

Balochistan -

Corona has been diagnosed in three more people in Balochistan after which the number of affected people has increased to 144 in the province.

According to the provincial health department, 10 people, including 4 doctors, have no travel history.

According to Balochistan government spokesman Liaquat Shahwani, two patients have recovered so far and one patient has died.
